This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Sonexis Technologies collects through the sonexis.in marketing website, how we use it, and your rights. It does not cover the Sonexis Collect platform (collect.sonexis.in), which operates under a separate consent framework for voice contributors.
1. What we collect on this website
Contact form submissions. When you submit an inquiry via the contact page, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and the content of your message. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your request.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8VRE3396NF) to understand how visitors interact with sonexis.in — pages viewed, traffic sources, and session duration. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept via our cookie consent banner. Until then, analytics_storage is set to denied under Google Consent Mode v2 and no tracking occurs. What we do not collect on this website. We do not collect voice recordings, biometric data, payment information, or any data through the Sonexis Collect platform on this website. Contributor onboarding, voice consent, recording, QA, and payouts happen exclusively on collect.sonexis.in under separate, explicit consent flows.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. Contact form data is used only to reply to you and follow up on your request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.
- To improve the website. Aggregated, anonymised analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. This processing relies on your prior cookie consent.
- Legal obligations. We may retain records if required by applicable law.
3. Storage and security
Contact form data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure). Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under their data processing terms.
We do not operate our own servers to store marketing website visitor data. Firebase and Google Analytics data are governed by Google's security controls and data processing agreements. We access contact form data only to respond to enquiries and delete records on request.

- Google Fonts — typeface delivery via Google CDN.
We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party data brokers on sonexis.in. We do not sell or rent your contact information to any third party.
5. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the GDPR (EU/UK), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data from our records.
